We accept payments by all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

ORDER & SHIPPING

 How long does an order take?

 Your clothing order will take a minimum of 14 days to arrive, depending on what you’ve ordered. For Carry Cases, we will discuss this with you personally. As we work with several small British owned suppliers, on occasions, there may be a delay in receiving certain materials, which will impact the production process. We will always keep you up to date with the status of your order by email.

 Do you offer expedited shipping on orders?

 Unfortunately, since your order is bespoke and made-to-order, we cannot offer expedited shipping. We will however always send your order as soon as possible.

How much does it cost to ship?

We offer free shipping on every order of clothing. For Carry Cases we will discuss delivery options with you personally.

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is complete and sent out for delivery. In the meantime, you can check your order status on the Order History & Tracking tab. 

Can I make changes to my order?

Depending on what stage of the process your order is in, you may be able to make changes. For modification options please contact customerservices@lemurialondon.com.  

What delivery partner does Lemuria London use?

To ensure your items reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we use Royal Mail on all clothing orders.

What if I do not receive my order? 

Please allow Royal Mail 24 hours after the item is marked delivered to receive your item. If you do not receive your item after this timeframe and you have checked with neighbours and surrounding areas, please contact customerservices@lemurialondon.com so we may investigate the matter for you.

RETURNS POLICY

Because all our items are bespoke to you and made to your measurements, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All our items are made to high quality standards. However, if for any reason your item needs repair, we will gladly do this for you at no extra cost.

DISCLAIMER

At Lemuria London we’re constantly looking at ways to refine our Carry Cases and our Clothing Collection, everything from improving the design aesthetic to the finishing of the hardware. You may find certain aspects have been refined since being photographed for the website. We will always notify you of this by email and will share photos of the improvements made. If, however, you do prefer how it was before, we will of course keep it that way for you.

As we never purchase fabric in bulk or in advance, we cannot guarantee the availability of certain fabrics, 100% of the time.  In the unlikely event a certain fabric is no longer available, we will substitute this with the nearest possible fabric available and will notify you of this before processing your order.
